Description
Sconfinare Festival 2025 YOGA AND POETRY SESSION | SUNDAY, OCTOBER 12 | 10:00 A.M
Imagine a body that speaks with its breath, opening and closing like a verse. Through an experience that combines the movement of yoga with the evocative power of poetry, we explore the boundary between body and word.
Roberta Beffa will guide participants through a yoga practice where asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing) will alternate, inviting bodily awareness and inner calm—to rediscover one's breath, to rediscover one's presence. As the practice flows, Michele Corengia, poet and expert in Medical Humanities, will interweave selected poetic readings that resonate in the skin, evoke sensations, and liberate silences.
A sensory and reflective experience, where body and language meet; a moment to slow down, listen to yourself, and return to consciously inhabiting your body, opening up a new way of experiencing the Festival.
“Every breath is a verse: taking care of it is already poetry.”
Event promoted in collaboration with the Sasso Corbaro Foundation.
