Upper floor: Large bedroom with double bed, spacious wardrobes. Bathroom with double sink, shower, toilet. Bedroom on the intermediate floor with sloped roof with 3 beds, ideally for children and teenagers.

1 outdoor parking space. A ground-level accessible, lockable unheated room can be used as a ski and bicycle room.

Non-smoking house, no pets. Loud, disruptive festivities in and around the house are not allowed. The piano in the living room may be used.

Walking, hiking, and cycling paths are directly accessible in front of the house. In winter, the Faltschen ski lift is reachable on foot in just a few minutes (operational with sufficient snow).

The ski and hiking area in Frutigen "Elsigen-Metsch" is reachable by car in about 35 minutes. There is public transport connection from Reichenbach train station or from Frutigen train station.
