This house is ideally located on a quiet neighborhood street. For winter guests, the ski resort of Obersaxen Mundaun Val Lumnezia is conveniently located just a few meters from the house. Summer guests you can enjoy a relaxing porch and play area for your children just in front of the house. In just a 5 minute walk you will find the village with shops, bus stops, ATM machines, and local markets. A free bus runs every winter taking you to the ski resort and back home.
