Right in front of the door, the traffic-free walking and hiking trails begin, for which Arosa is so famous. With suitable snow conditions, the Weisshornbahn and the Tschuggen Ost chairlift can be reached quickly on skis via the Upper Forest Promenade. A toboggan run and the home run end right in front of the house.
